That roster, without goalies, and Tkachuk and Nylander getting 7M each roughly translates to 75M next year. Add in Brouwer's buyout and it's at 76.5M. With a cap ceiling having an upper-end of 85M that's easily enough to sign goalies. Even if it only goes up to 83M it's plenty. At least short term.
The obvious exclusion is Frolik. With his contract vanishing, along with Bouma's buyout, that more or less makes up for Tkachuk's extension.
