Blue Jackets assistant coach Sylvain Lefebvre has quit rather than get the vaccine per the Athletic. No comment from Lefebvre as to why he refused to get the vaccine. He was hired in June.

Also per the article all players expected to play for the BJs this season have been vaccinated.
