This is what I've done 2 years in a row to get HBONow. This won't be relevant if you don't have an iPhone or apple TV.

step 1: get a VPN, like Private Internet Access. set it to somewhere in america. i chose California, Pacific time zone = watching new episodes an hour early.
step 2: get a *US iTunes gift card. it must be a US based iTunes key. you can purchase these keys online at a site like https://www.offgamers.com/. the canadian iTunes card won't work
step 3: Set up PIA, or your VPN of choice, on your smartphone. So with iPhones you need to make a US appleID. You'll need to set up your american billing. use your gift card and say a random Beverly hills address, zip code 90210.
step 4: download HBONow on your smartphone and subscribe. You have to set it up it through your smartphone, but can then just go to HBOnow on your computer and watch it there.
Step 5: With your VPN active, watch Game of Thrones live in amazing quality early on Sundays.

congrats, you subverted Bell and their filthy regional restrictions.

Edit: had to change step 2. the prepaid VISA/master cards will no longer work. you have to get a US based iTunes gift card
