Tsurigasaki Beach is located in Ichinomiya town on Chiba Prefecture's Pacific coastline.
The contest site is approximately 100kms from Tokyo and takes about 1.5 hours by car to get there. The closest train station is Kazusa-Ichinomiya Station (JR Sotobo Line, Wakashio Line). The beach has hosted a QS contest for many years and is now a bustling surfers paradise with shops, restaurants, and of course waves. Tsurigasaki works best on NE to SE swells from the Pacific Ocean. There will be a shuttle bus service from Joso Ichinomiya Station on the JR Sotobo Line.
