every morning starts with a:
whole banana
1/2 scoop - Vanilla whey protein (the Costco stuff is super yummy)
handful of frozen mangoes or peaches
~1/2 cup peach yogurt
50/50 orange juice and vanilla soy milk, as much as is needed.
I microwave it for 20 seconds because I don't like cold drinks.
This has a ton of energy in it and I'm never even tempted to drink coffee. I also have crohns and this goes down smooth as butter, so pay attention fellow crohn-kateers.
