With slight variation I have this 3-4 times per week...
1/2 banana, preferably frozen
about 3-4 tbsp instant oatmeal
1-2 oz vanilla whey powder
1/3-1/2 cup astro plain balkan style 0% yoghurt
1/3-1/2 cup frozen mango cubes
1/3-1/2 cup frozen berry mix
2-3 tbsp flax meal or seeds
enough oj to allow this to get blended (a couple or three tbsp)
If I don't have mango I'll put in frozen cantaloupe and sometimes I'll add a large tbsp of peanut butter for more protein, but I wouldn't necessarily say that it improves the flavour.
