Nice to deal with, but are they knowledgeable? I went to another place, Brinkhaus, a few days ago just to look at some of the watches in person, and while the lady there was very nice, she clearly didn't know what she was doing. Every time I asked her a question, she just looked at the little hangtag for answers. Not super useful, considering some of the watches there are the price of a new car.
I've found that when looking up certain brands/models, a place like watchuseek.com is often the best resource for good insight. I'm fairly new to the watch hobby, and have learned a ton there.
