I recommend checking out the group Air Passenger Rights (Canada) on Facebook. If the airline cancels or changes your flight, you have rights under the Montreal Convention that not a lot of people are aware of. Plus, you are leaving from the EU on a European carrier and they have better passenger protections than we do in Canada.
