I've checked out a few pro riders stats on Strava and it's as crazy as you'd expect. 25,000 to 40,000kms and 300-600,000m a year depending on the type rider and any injuries. 950-1200 hours a year in the saddle.
Sticky Bottle put together a list of last year's biggest stats from pro riders. The men's and women's leaders were:
Richie Porte 37,643.3km 662,167m 441rides 1,217.20hrs
Annemiek Van Vleuten 30,352.2km 479,198m 332rides 1120.7hrs
