In the comics Ultron never really goes away. The scene where they were discussing how to keep Vision alive while destroying the mind stone implies that there's probably some Ultron inside Vision.

Also, if you look up Wandavision cast on google, James Spader is listed. Could be fake news, could be flashbacks that obviously he still needs to be credited for, or it could be something bigger..
