Oh for sure, I'm still using the Hamrlik skates I bought in 2007, barely used at the time. I'm just not in the market for gear for myself, I don't play very often. I mostly wanted the black Dube helmet to go with the gameworn jersey I bought, and maybe a stick, since the guy in the store said they'd never had a Dube stick on the rack
