I agree with all of that, and I think Theo has arguably done more for the community than, say, Lanny, who, as I have said, is IMO a little overrated as far as his community status (again, I recognize a bit of bias because of a couple things about him that soured me).
I do think, however, that there is something non-public stopping Fleury from getting his recognition, and it's not that the Flames are just snubbing him.
