Overhauled my cover letter and touched up a few weak spots on the resume. Although it's only been 10 days since the first of the new batch went out, I have already received more responses than I have in months, and even have an interview scheduled on Tuesday. QUESTION: What are some smart or useful questions to ask employers in an interview? If you were interviewing candidates for a job, what would you want to hear them ask of you when it came that time in the process?
