Explicitly labeling them as racists in public posts with pictures that clearly identify them seems like a risky thing to do if they just suspect it was racially motivated.

Obviously, pushing a guy over like that and risking serious injury is terrible. It just seems like this post puts the victim's family at risk of defamatory libel if they can't produce some solid evidence of it being racially motivated. I am not a lawyer and may be totally wrong though. It just seems like it may have been wiser to frame that as suspected racist motivations rather than 1000% racist.
