Ok this is the second last batch.
Same rules apply including that you must have cap space for your offers. The last round will be an open batch where you do NOT require cap space.

Any remaining UFA is now available.
The list of players not assigned in the sim is here:

However, this list could include players on teams. You'll see, as an example, that some unsigned ECHLers are listed here (like Dach). That doesn't mean they are free agents. If you are interested in a player you should search them on the site to confirm they are available. You do that here:
