Do you mean he wants a copy of title? Should be able to go to any registry or directly to the land titles office downtown and get one. Might need his legal description, it’d be on any of his city tax documents.
Title shows ownership. Once he has that he could then pull the actual property transfer docs using the registration number I would think, if that’s what he’s after. Title proves ownership so I’m not sure if he’d even need the transfer of property docs though.
