Yeah it sure sucks that medicine has advanced enough that these people suffering from gender dysphoria can get treatment in the form of surgery and hormone therapy.
What about this particular mental health disorder is so "sick" to you? Their treatment and life choices affect you in no way whatsoever. Live and let live.
