Most condo fees cover the heat and water/sewer + the typicals such as building insurance, reserve fund contribution, landscape/snow removal.
It is not often to see Electricity included.
As this is a bank owned property I do not have the condo docs to look at the buildings financial situation however any potential buyer will have access to all of this.
