What, give the Taliban a country and then the other part gets to have education for women? Wouldn't the Taliban just invade them?
I don't think there is a solution. There's a course of action - remain there and continue killing the Taliban, indefinitely, in the hope that they eventually stop being a thing - but no real solution.
