I think he's hard to move for any value unless he proves he's healthy and more productive. Which means I doubt he's moved in the offseason.

Sure. I clearly agree the deal is nowhere near fair value, even if you are being generous to Monahan's value...
I don't think it's
that low, but I also don't think he's the top priority to move.

The problem with this is it puts the other team in the driver's seat. They could lay some groundwork to sign him as UFA if they can't trade for him at a low enough cost.
