Hi,

Ill be looking into it more tomorrow but perhaps someone on CP knows more.
Im referring to that rental complex/motel with the chicago deep dish, wicked gravity, foothills driving school below.

Is it a rental complex or motel and does anyone know of future development? I recall hearing something about people wanting it torn down or re developed but not sure if anything came of it (should that even be the case).
