I just haven't seen this play out as much as guys getting sent down after being up for a while and never getting their game back.

Dube is constantly in the play and getting chances. Way more than Mangiapane did in his short stint last year (after dominating in the AHL). Way more than Jankowski is this year (after dominating in the AHL and having a decent rookie season).

Every time Wotherspoon got sent back (and did pretty well) and then got recalled, he was worse in the NHL.
