Friday night action...

Bruce played his first game as the captain in North Bay. He was a -2 and took 9 minutes in penalties, including a fight. The Battalion lost 6-3.
Schneider stopped 23 of the 24 shots he faced in a 5-1 Tigers win over Saskatoon.
Phillips scored the lone goal in a 1-0 Victoria win over Kamloops. He was also named the game's first star. It also looks like he was wearing an "A" for the Royals on Friday.
Tuulola made his WHL regular season debut in Everett's 3-1 win over Portland. He had no points and was a -1 on the night.

Kelowna had a game on Friday, but Dube didn't play.
