I went to check out Calla last week and it looks like a really nice development.
What I noticed between Pixel and Calla is that it seems to me the 2 bedrooms are better priced at Pixel and 1 bedrooms better priced at Calla. If you look at the sold units chart at both developments you'll see that Pixel has sold out of most of its 2 bedrooms and Calla most of its 1 bedrooms so IMO its what you're in the market for in terms of space. Also, do you prefer to be in Kensington or the Beltline?
The interior finishings to me seemed fairly similar for the most part.
