There isn't really a good site that keeps track of AHL/ECHL contracts.
You can go to CapFriendly and see all the players in the minors on NHL deals and then cross reference with
https://theahl.com/stats/roster/406/61?league=4. By process of elimination everyone else on the Heat roster is on AHL/ECHL/PTO deals.

minor deals: McMurtry, Sabourin*, McCarron*
Defencemen:
