We need to be scientific about this... Edmonton is 22/31 in the standings. Looking at our signup list of 15 people, that puts the guilty Edmonton fan at, uhm, roughly 11. Sorry, mrkajz44, the numbers have has spoken.
I assume this is how the game works, though I'm not sure about the other ones, that's someone else's job.
