There is no chance this lands in Canada because export issues would add at least a couple percent of cost before you get to the bottom line, likely more, and 90ish percent of their sales would cross the border.

This is a smart move by Amazon, they'll get communities to bid against each other and will get a very sweet deal.
Even if it could come to Canada, Amazon has listed 5 requirements, Calgary fails on number 2: "Regions with a stable and business friendly environment". Our NDP government tanks that.
