I ended up listening to a lot of the trial, it was a goldmine of comedy: ambers parade of insane and incompetent expert witnesses, ambers desperate attempts to get the public on her side, fake evidence, johnny cranking his charisma to 1000%, johnnys eclectic friends, amber and her team cracking under overwhelming public spite. Every time I decided to stop paying attention, a new clip would pop up that I had to see. Usually these kinds of things are really murky from a moral perspective, but Amber revealing herself as a villian of cartoonish proportions made it great entertainment.
The decision of the jury is irrelevant at this point, Amber has no friends and is a Hollywood exile, Johnny has renewed the public's love of him and is playing guitar solos at the Royal Albert Hall to thunderous applause.
