That's just off the top of my head. There are tons of others too. Signing a college free agent is no guarantee of success. Most, as with all prospects, won't make it. But it is a valid source of talent. You want your teams signing players. Just because one didn't work out doesn't mean you shouldn't care.

Hayes is in the drafted but didn't sign and became a UFA category, like Vesey, Schultz, and Reilly.
