I was going to wait to respond with an update until I got good news, but haven’t had any yet.

I have been attempting to get a hold of HatClub for about two weeks solid.

The last time I spoke to them was mid-April. At this time I inquired about the delay l (which at the time was said to be mid-may) as well as updated my shipping address.

Since May 17th, I’ve been trying to call them daily. It would usually put me on an automated hold for 2min then disconnect the call asking me to leave a message. Today I called and it wouldn’t even give me the option to wait on hold and just says “there are currently no agents available to take your call”.

I will continue to reach out to them daily in hopes that I can get you guys some good news.
