I feel like based on what I understand of your requirements, what universal remote you use will be more important than the actual sound bar.
For instance, if you have a newer TCL smart TV and a newer Vizio sound bar, you could install apps into your phone and control them from your phone if you don't want a ton of remotes to deal with. Others might opt instead to get a Logitech Harmony remote and program it.
