I like them but I also have some concern about the UFA rights one. It is great way to get under cap and bring in assets at the same time. I think it will increase the amount of poor grids being given out.

Maybe allow a sign and trade period or something.

EDIT: I think it also kills the UFA rental market at the deadline.
