I'm curious why this is a safety issue? is there a rash of incidents happening on these roads? would decreasing the speed reduce the number of incidents? or does it just
feel like we could be doing more and it
feels like reducing speed would be effective, and it
feels like lowering unposted speed limits will lower the median speed?
