Hey CPers,

I've tried all the usual sites, but I'm looking for a place for April 1 and many places aren't listed that far out yet. It's hard to give my current landlord (who is having legal troubles that plague me weekly) notice without having a place lined up, as I do not want to go homeless preferably.

I'm looking for a place in the $1200-$1400 range (ideally on the newer side of things), but ultimately less expensive is also okay. None of this "parking is an extra $100 per month" kind of crap, as that's just misleading. Looking at anywhere that's within walking distance to the downtown core (and I usually walk further than most).

I have stable employment at an oil company downtown and really just need a place to relax and get away from my coworkers and friends. If you know of anything coming up or have anything available yourself, I'd be glad to hear it! Send me a PM please.
