Although what you're asking for is crazy simple. You can make an R and H out of LA pretty easy given their A is basically an H with a top and the A also recomes an R quite easily. Then you just crop the crown and paste on the ham.

If you are doing logos on clothing editing the logo in DIY isn't going to cut it. you need high resolution vector images which I think can be done in GIMP, but isn't intuitive for someone who doesn't work with that sort of stuff every day.
logomyway I have used several times in the past, always worked out well. Find out from your jersey maker what file they need.
