Milos and Leylah are your Canadian male and female tennis players of the year respectively I have to think it was a toss-up between Milos and Vasek on the men's side.

Edit: Actually, it was close between Milos and Denis (who took home the doubles award along with Gaby on the women's side). Vasek won most improved player.
