Novosbed here: I wanted to hop in re: return policy and returned mattresses. We, and companies like us,
only ship brand new mattresses. There is absolutely no risk you'll receive a used mattress. As for returned mattresses, we generally transport them to local charities when possible. I hope this sets your mind at ease.
