If you got a PC with a Polaris Radeon RX 470/570 or RX 480/580 you can mine Etherium yourself or sell the card and make a few hundred bucks on Ebay.
I recently checked a few online retailers and none of these cards are available, most are likely getting flipped for profit due to demand.
