Louisville, USC, and Oklahoma State all have one thing in common they are part of the FBI probe of College Basketball.
Arizona too, but they won the Pac 12.
Michigan State a 3 seed with 4 losses and UNC a 2 seed with 10 losses. MSU also beat NC. Theres other things that are I think are a joke in the bracket too.
