I voted Gillies as I do think he still has NHL upside, but not as a starter.

I really, really love 90% of Ruzicka's game and tools, but I have seen so many seemingly talented players face plant in the pros because they didn't have the drive. If he is consistent next season, and the coaching staff is lauding his effort level, I say this kid will rise into the top 5 of the list. I think he is that talented. I just think that lack of drive is a huge detriment to his placement.
