It sucks, certainly. But like you said, he's never going to make this kind of money anywhere ever again, so take the money and run.
What really sucks is that he was kind of set up to fail. He's in way over his head and everyone knew it. He's got some good players, its not like United are a bunch of talentless scrubs or anything, but yeah, he's never getting another job like this. Are there any other clubs out there scrambling for Ole's services?
If he hadnt been a United Legend during a tumultuous time he never even would have gotten this job.
