Adding to that, small modular natural gas plants are also available now with the ability to power communities from wells that are remote enough that they don't have pipelines, but have enough gas to power communities for years. Almost free electricity for them. I'm aware of a few of these being looked into right now.
I guess the economic wild card is the emergence of a stiff carbon tax or net-zero policy
