I have a legit question I would like an answer for. I have Matt Dumba in my hockey pool. I have heard he's been injured and will be out some "significant time" I don't really want to drop him as good defenseman are scarce in my leaugue. He just shows up on my roster as out. I really want Minny to put him on IR so I can use that spot to hang onto him and get another player to help me in the meantime. Is there some advantage to the club in not putting him on IR yet? Just curious if anyone knows how it works....
