I think Toronto, Saskatoon and Edmonton (pending a more sustainable model) will be confirmed. Hell, the CPL headquarters is in Toronto. And if it's not there, then it's a location in the GTA, or Burlington.

- Edmonton (if they can work out their issues with the city)
