He is often lauded on his two way play.
Last year Ilya also started off hot, but then got put into a shut down role. Even on that line he found a way to stay quite productive.
His former teammate/linemate Daniil Gutik won't be with him this year unfortunately.
I am really hoping the flames draft this guy in the 4th or 5th round (wasn't drafted last year). I really think he is going to be one heck of a player.
