Well yeah, but maybe they think that people just want more meat. Did you tell them that they should add more of the other toppings too? Because I'm betting a large portion of customers who order crazy meat donair just want extra meat.
It seems a little harsh to never go back because of something that could be improved with a small amount of communication.
