As long as its within a reasonable timeframe. It would probably be close to 9:15 or 9:30 anyhow by the time all is said and done.
Since folks will need to look for tickets elsewhere as well, I will PM the winner as quickly as possible. I think to be fair, the winner should be replying to me within half an hour saying they have initiated the transfer.
