Breakfast: L'Avenue on Mont Royal - SO good but lineups always.
Sandwiches: Cafe Santropol on St-Urbain - awesome back patio and great sandwiches
Bagels: St-Viateur Bagel on Mont Royal - short walk from L'Avenue - wicked bagels
Poutine: La Banquise - 24 hours
Dinner: Au Pied de Cochon on Duluth Avenue - great French food
Smoked Meat: Schwartz's on Saint-Laurent Blvd - no brainer, but sit at the bar for a better experience
