They definitely are. I'm not a Lowry fan, and the salary doesn't come cheap, but in this NBA climate where everyone seems to get a max deal, this seems alright. Can't complain at the term either. I trust Masai knows what he's doing.

Edit: And just as I say this, I receive an alert from The Score app from Michael Grange stating that Lowry was going to request a trade to force the Raps hand if he didn't receive an extension. Rest assured now he'll be dealt at the deadline. Odd way of handling things in basketball.
