I'm glad that short stretch is 80, and that they patrol it. School buses pull out on the highway at both those roads. That there is a legit speed trap.

Train Jail. Maybe they have a jail on a train car? Or you're forced to ride the rails for the duration of your sentence attaching the caboose and roughing up hobos?
